How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our products are printed on demand. It typically takes only a few days to get your product printed and shipped out. Our estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
I made a mistake on my order ... can I change it?
If this happens to you, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can and we might be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our items are printed on demand so we start as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it's finished.
What do I do if I received the wrong item or its defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at email@example.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
